During MSA Events/Parties:

 1. Ensure that you are eligible to apply for membership. Please refer to the MSA 2016 Membership Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Approach the MSA Secretariat and request for a registration form.

 

3. Fill up the form completely and submit it to a MSA Officer/Organizer with the registration fee of Php 300.00.

 

4. Claim your membership card after payment.

 

5. We will add you to the Members Only Facebook Group. 

 

 

 

 

 

Signing up ONLINE:

1. Ensure that you are eligible to apply for membership. Please refer to the MSA 2016 Membership Terms and Conditions.

 

2. If eligible for membership, click on the button below. Provide ALL the fields and make sure you provide an active email address and mobile number. Click on Submit once done.

 

3. Deposit the registration fee of Php 300.00 to MSA’s Chinabank Account.

4. Write your FULL name on the deposit slip, scan/take a photo of it and email the file to manilasurfersassociation@gmail.com.



Make sure you follow this subject format:

"MSA Membership Fee Payment - Your Name"​

Example: MSA Membership Fee Payment - Juan Dela Cruz

 

5. We will add you to the Members Only Facebook Group and let you know when and how we will be distributing your freshly minted membership cards!
