MSA 2016 MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Applicant should be a surfer based in Metro Manila, which means they should have permanent address in Manila, with 6-month residency leading to the registration date. This address should be provided in their registration form. Below are the cities identified as within Metro Manila:

Caloocan

Las Pinas

Makati

Malabon

Mandaluyong

Manila

Marikina

Muntinlupa

Paranaque

Pasay

Pasig

Pateros

Quezon City

San Juan

Taguig

Valenzuela

 

2. Applicant should not be part of any other surf organization.

 

3. Completed MSA Membership form should be submitted to and approved by an MSA officer. For online applications, submission of the electronic form will serve as your signature.

 

4. Payment of membership fee of Php 300.00 should be secured.
